"Bus never turned up"

I catch the bus at 19.54 from snodland to Maidstone after a 12 hour shift at work and the bus never turns up as goes straight down the bypass and into Larkfield that way so hi Atheau I have a walk or get a taxi and I don’t think it’s right and some of the drivers are very rude too.
