"No8 Maidstone to Maidstone Hospital"

I catch the no 8 at Beverly shops we have seen it go up to the hospital but two or three times never returning I have your app and it’s no better than the 8s service. As the hasn’t been showing the location of the buses. How come there is so much difference as soon as you go to Bluewater from Chatham and then into London. The Maidstone to Tunbridge wells service is very flakey also .the timetables are a waste of space. These are the reasons why even the £2 fare doesn’t make the bus viable . yours M R Wilson.
