"Inability to access the first floor as lift out of action again."

We have visited this store many times and have enjoyed the selection of products and the coffee shop but unfortunately our last two visits have resulted in leaving the shop as the lift was out of action. As my husband needs an aid to walk and relies on the lift we will not be shopping at this store in the future. many people with buggies, trolleys and wheelchairs could not access the first floor. The staff were excellent in assisting customers but this is poor service by the company..
