"First class service very impressed"

I had a major problem with my I phone 6 basically it was dead my fault.

I went to Stormfront Maidstone to see what could be done.

I was greeted by Jason, I explained the problem to him and from then on he organised everything.

I was fortunate that I had purchased accidental damage insurance.

Jason phoned the insurance company a filled in the necessary online claim form explained the problem to them and got approval for repair/replacement imeadiatly.

This took him quite a while but he was polite and efficient at all time.

He explained the procedure and that they would contact when they had the phone back which could take seven days.
